Engineered with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology, this battery has twice the power, half the weight, and lasts 4 times longer than a sealed lead acid battery – providing exceptional lifetime value. This twin pack gives you the option to combine two 23Ah (Amp hour) batteries in parallel for a 12V 46Ah system that has the amp draw needed to run smaller 12 volt trolling motors (<30 lbs of thrust) or for longer run time. For larger 12V trolling motors (<40 lbs of thrust) we recommend the 54Ah or for multi-day run time the 100Ah. LiFePO4 charger recommended.

STORAGE CAPACITY46 Ampere hours (Two 12.8V batteries to be wired in parallel). Dakota Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 46 Amp hours. DL LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries. You get all the juice down to the last drop.

CHARGER SOLD SEPARATELYThis battery should be charged using a LiFePO4 compatible charger. Dakota Lithium 12V batteries should be charged at 14.4 volts, higher than AGM or lead acid. Lead acid chargers will work, but will only charge the battery to 80% of capacity.
